Jesus the Truth

SCRIPTURE

"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'" — John 14:6 (NKJV)

Pilate asked Jesus, 'What is truth?' — and the answer was standing right in front of him. Jesus does not merely speak the truth or teach the truth; He is the Truth in His very nature. Truth is not an abstract concept in Christianity — it has a face, a name, and a history of faithfulness. Everything Jesus says is true because He is incapable of falsehood. Every promise He has made carries the weight of His eternal nature behind it. When He says you are loved, forgiven, chosen, and destined — that is not sentiment; it is eternal fact.

We live in an age saturated with deception — false narratives about who we are, what we are worth, and what our future holds. The enemy is called the father of lies for good reason. He specialises in distorting reality, making what is false feel true and what is true feel impossible. But Jesus, the Truth, is the antidote to every lie. When you saturate your mind and heart with His Word — with what He says about you, about your situation, and about your future — the lies begin to lose their grip.

Call on Jesus today as the Truth. Bring every lie you have believed about yourself before Him. Bring every false report, every cruel word spoken over you, every distorted image you carry. The Truth does not just correct lies — He displaces them entirely. You cannot hold darkness and light simultaneously. As the Truth fills your heart today, the deceptions that have kept you bound will have no place to remain. Stand in the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.
