Information you give us

When you use a form (newsletter, contact, prayer, testimony, salvation, fellowship reservation, gift note, volunteer, or staff information), we receive the name, email, and other fields you enter. Newsletter signup stores your email so we can send ministry news under United States CAN-SPAM rules. We do not sell this list.

Email

Transactional and newsletter messages are sent through Resend. Reply-to addresses are ministry department inboxes such as info@ministryofhopeworldwide.org and finance@ministryofhopeworldwide.org. You can ask to be removed by replying to a message or writing that inbox.

Giving

Online gifts are processed in the United States by Givelify or PayPal. Those companies send you a receipt. We do not receive your full card number. Checks, Zelle, and Cash App are handled as you send them; a gift note on this site is a message to finance, not a payment. Tax deductibility follows the Internal Revenue Code.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (measurement ID G-EY82KTM0QE) may load, and this site may send a first-party visit record (page path, referrer, country if Cloudflare provides it, and a hashed visitor key). We do not store raw IP addresses in that record. If you choose necessary cookies only, those analytics tools do not run. See the Cookie Policy.

Files

Photos and documents that staff upload for the public site or the admin locker are stored with Cloudflare R2.

Security checks

Public forms may show a Cloudflare Turnstile check so a person can confirm they are human. That is separate from site-wide Bot Fight Mode.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, write info@ministryofhopeworldwide.org and we will delete it.

Your requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold from these forms by emailing info@ministryofhopeworldwide.org. We will respond as required by applicable United States law, including Colorado law. California residents may use the same email to make a privacy request. We do not sell personal information.
